“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Romans 12:2
“To the one we are the aroma of death leading
to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life. And who is
sufficient for these things?” 2 Corinthians 2:16
The mind is the essential tool in bringing the reality of God's Kingdom to the problems and crisis we face as Christians.
Every thought and act in your life speak of allegiance to God or to satan. Both are empowered by your agreement, which is "your mind"
When faced with negative
circumstances, what is your first thought? Is it "I can't make it"?
Scripture says to fix your eyes on Jesus in 2 Corinthians 4:18 and look at the
eternal not the temporary things.
If you fail to put Christ
above your circumstances, then there could be something missing in your
character that prohibits you from resting in Christ Jesus and believing that He
will lead you victoriously. It could be your faith isn't yet strong enough.
Align your thoughts with what
God says about you and not what your situations says.
Whose report will you now set
your mind upon?
CHRIST'S all powerful or man.
Renew your mind and be a new
creation.
"Therefore, if anyone is
in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all
things have become new."
II Corinthians 5:17 NKJV.
Your strength is renewed,
your hope in Christ is renewed, your faith too should be renewed.
A renewed mind in Christ may
still experience challenges, but the challenges will be solely to build your
character and enforce your faith in Christ, so even if you're "going
through hell", "you don't stop", you go straight through and
exit into victory and glory.
Your focus should always be
on Christ the author and finisher of our faith
Hebrews 12:2 NKJV.
Remember the saying "the
mind is a terrible thing to waste" that's an upright and positive mind.
