Spiritual Bondage describes places in our lives where we have become entangled in sin, lies, and demonization.

Chains are used for slaves, prisoners etc, it denotes stagnancy, limitations, restrictions, hinderances, or to be unmovable. Is there a struggle in your life that seems to repeat itself repeatedly? You could be dealing with spiritual or physical bondage; spiritual bondage is being a slave to sin and this happens when we give the devil a foothold, and harbour sins in our heart. 

Freedom is when we are free from every entanglement that is holding us down from fulfilling Gods purpose or accessing our spiritual inheritance in Christ for our lives. Every sin, and all the works of flesh in Gal 5 :19-21 that has given way for the devil to cage our lives,  John 8: 36, Jesus said,  so, if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed.

 We can only regain our Freedom back by being in the word and praying continually, it is not an easy battle, but it is one that God equips us for so that we may come into alignment with his word and walk in our destiny and inheritance, acknowledge your brokenness, enough of us making excuses for God for our shortcomings and admitting we are slaves to all our sins and it ends with choosing Jesus Christ and following him on a daily basis.

Only Jesus can break the bonds of slavery and lead us to the true freedom now and forever. Amen

 PRAYER POINTS

 1. O Lord, I thank You, for I am next in line to testify to Your greatness, that as from today You will visit me anew and afresh. I trust Your light will shine upon my ways, business, family, job, health, marriage and projects in Jesus’ name (Job 22:28). 

2. O Lord today, I release myself from every sin that has enslaved me. All the sins that are not allowing the name of Jesus to be magnified in my life I renounce you today in my life and your influence wiped out in the name of Jesus. (Psalms 89:22) 

3. Today, I deliver myself from every self-pronounced curse by the fire of the Holy Ghost and I set myself free from all self-imposed limitations which has brought stagnation upon my life in Jesus’ name (Romans 10:10, Philippians 2:9). 

4. O Lord, I revoke every word I have spoken in the past which has given Satan the legal power to inflict my life with any form of stagnation. I set myself lose from every hinderance and stagnation that I brought upon myself and family in Jesus’ name (Hebrews 12:24). 

5. Father, I decree today that every stagnation affecting my life as a result of the place where I live be destroyed by fire in the mighty name of Jesus (2 Corinthians 4:17). 

6. I take authority over every spiritual, financial, economic, or marital flood besieging me, flow back to the desert and dry up in Jesus’ name (Isaiah 59:19). 

7. Father, take me away from the wicked where I have been caged that will not allow me to have testimony. Lead me to where You want me to be, to my still waters where I will have testimonies in every area of my life, in Jesus’ name. 

8. O Lord, I take authority over every thought, notion, discouragement, or idea that often weakens me whenever I make up my mind to go forward to depart from me now in Jesus’ name (2 Corinthians 10:5). 

9. O Lord, any person or personality that is attached negatively to my destiny because of my present or past place of residence, I command such to be detached from my life and destiny. I command every curse that has brought stagnation upon my life because I lived in a cursed location to be broken from my life in Jesus’ name (Isaiah 6:5). 

10. I receive the keys back to where the enemies have kept me locked up in one place, my heaven of breakthrough is open. It is my time to rise and shine for my light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon me in Jesus’ name (Isaiah 60:1). 

11. I release myself, my life, and my family from under the satanic entanglement that held my life captive. Father release me tonight, ignite my prayer life and make me victorious all round in Jesus’ name. 

12. O Lord, give me power that will move me from poverty to prosperity. I receive freedom from every spirit of lack, poverty, sickness and I set myself free, my glory arise and shine in Jesus’ name. 

13. O Lord, give me victory over every work of flesh that will hinder my spiritual growth. I ask that You bestow upon me the fruit of the Spirit that will enhance me to run my race victoriously in Jesus’ name (Galatians 5:19-24). 

14. I remove my life from under the curse of glory killers, vision killers, destiny killers, I receive grace and favour to set myself free and to do great exploits in my spiritual life in Jesus’ name. 

15. O Lord, I thank You for setting me free and testimonies shall follow in Jesus’ name (Please let us sing this song: My shackles are gone x2, my spirit is free x2, O praise the Lord, He healeth me, my sins are forgiven and I am free, O praise the Lord my shackles are gone my spirit is free).
