The Lord will give grace and glory, No good thing
will be withheld-from them that walk uprightly. Ps. 84:11
1 mp O Lord our God hear Thou our pray’r
In this Thy house on this Thy day
And own as grateful sacrifice
Let our song be acceptable.
2 cr Sweet is Thy rest, O Lord my God
But there’s a greater rest above
Still, with expectation of joy
Thus our thirsty soul now desire
3 mf No more fatigue, no more labour
Nor sin, nor death shall reach the place
The voice of pain shall not sound there
Which warble from Immortal tongue
4 f No rude alarms of ranging foes
The rest without anxiety
The daylight will not be dark there
But sacred day, eternal noon
