To reconcile means to exchange hostility for a friendly relationship. To restore to friendship or harmony. It is possible for families sometimes have a fallout. Sisters no longer speak to one another. Husbands leave, wives and children are abandoned. Reconciliation is needed, to take what was broken and mend it, to heal a relationship. That's what Christ has done, to reconcile us to back to God, in spite of all our shortcoming, He still loves us, we must equally demonstrate that quality as children of God.
The bible said all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, in the book of Roman 5:8, the bible said, “but God demonstrated His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” that’s the power of God almighty and, His love of reconciliation, then who are we that we cannot forgive others misdeed
It is one of the duty as
Christian to preach peace and reconciliation. A Christian must not keep malice,
it is paramount that we must reconcile with whoever born of man, either the
person is a believer or not, it is not down to us to judge, let’s leave the
judgement to God
Reconciliation leads to peace, happiness, harmony and it creates a conducive environment for everyone around us.
Like I said, we must emulate the Christ we profess to be serving, God is the chief reconciler by given us His only begotten Son to bear our sins.
