How the teaching role involves working with other professionals

As a teacher, I will need to interact with other professionals in the teaching environment; some of which are:

Peers: I should have some responsibilities towards my peers by respecting them and exhibiting good practice such as making sure that the classroom is tidy and in order for the next teacher. Working effectively as part of a team and sharing valuable ideas and resources

Managers and Supervisors: towards my manager, I will ensure that I follow procedures and agreed on practices when working. I will also ensure that I follow the curriculum and work to targets and deadlines.

Internal Quality Assurer: I should work with IQA to ensure that I follow internal procedures in place and work to high standards to uphold quality.

Awarding Body/External Quality Assurer: I will need to follow the awarding body standards and processes when delivering qualifications

External agencies: when dealing with external agencies to get help for learners or to refer learners, it's my responsibility to make sure that I follow their procedures and processes and also their data protection policies and others at all times.
