EKITI CASE 1
I have spoken to several people within the past few days trying to ascertain what happened to Justice John Aderiye of Ekiti and the state of his health after the wide spread news of his slapping and beating. Till this moment, no sane person has given me any single credible clarification. I don't have issues with intelligent manipulation for political gains but I'm thoroughly against foolish enchantment and orchestration; Ekiti is meant to be the fountain of Knowledge, sebi? Ok let's analyse the situation and see if the people that reported the beating and slapping shouldn't go for mental check-up and those who believed the story:
1. We are now in the era of smartphones where almost everybody takes shots of events, if people can snap two goats fighting and post on facebook, what stopped them from snapping the beating of a high court judge? (The reporters at the event had their cameras with them and we've not heard of any news of confiscation of cameras)
2. He was beaten by thugs (not just 1), you cannot be beaten by thugs and still have the ability to respond to phone calls same day abi?
3. He should have been hospitalized if beaten, where are the pictures of him on the bed like we saw in the case of Rivers state fracas, does it mean that APC in Ekiti cannot afford a digital camera to snap him and show the whole world what thugs have done to him?
4. Where are the children of the judge who I expect to have been fighting the case for their father by now if presumably he's not medically fit to do so by himself?
5. Fayose slapped him? Lol – Can we have a forensic test of the face that was slapped and let's see if Fayose's DNA will appear?
I can go on and on but let's be wise, even a fool would be wise enough to decipher these……

CASE 2:
Fayemi said he has spoken to the Chief Judge of Ekiti on the possibility of moving the case to another state for hearing……OMG!!!!!! Did he just say that? To think that this man was a governor for 4yrs and still make such a statement as this in the public, makes me think that he's fastly becoming intellectually drained………
1. The judiciary is an independent arm of government that shouldn’t be interfered with by the executive
2. Fayemi instituted this case in court and to think that he also dictates who handles the case, where the case is heard and how the case should be addressed and judged leaves my imagination running wild
3. This is clearly a case of abuse of office which is an impeachable offence; this should be investigated and adequate punishment exerted.
4. The chief judge has made a mockery of the judiciary and appropriate sanctions should be considered by NJC; he should also be tried for corruption because I know for sure that no judge will dance to the beat of a politician at the stake of his integrity and career without adequate compensation……..

I'm going to follow these up and this mess must stop in Ekiti………
